All products undergo hospital-grade sanitization before each rental. We use certified cleaning products and follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure your baby's safety.
Are the products safe?
Yes, all our products meet international safety standards and are certified (UN R129, EN 1888, etc.). We only stock products from reputable manufacturers with current safety certifications.
Do you require a deposit?
We may require a refundable security deposit depending on the product and rental duration. This protects against damage or loss. Deposits are fully refunded upon safe return of items.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver island-wide in Sri Lanka, including hotels, private residences, and airports. Airport delivery is available for your convenience. Delivery is included in the rental price for most locations.
What if something breaks or gets lost?
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed terms. Normal wear and tear is expected, but damages or loss may incur charges. We provide clear terms during booking confirmation.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your return date to extend your rental period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards. Payment is typically required upon delivery or booking confirmation.
